NET@PRO changes the MES paradigmes: ease od use, easy configuration, user-customizable interface, use from any device via WEB. NET@PRO offers a fully customizable work environment. It can be easily and quickly configured directly by the user through drag&drop. NET@PRO is developed with web technology, it’s responsive and touchscreen so you can use it on any device.
The Maintenance module allows you to manage the preventive maintenance, programmed and faulted in a computerized manner and integrated with the advancement of production. This solution, known as Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), is an important component of NET@PRO and offers a structured process for collecting, managing and sharing the information assets about the maintenance activities (both preventive and on failure).
The objective of the TPM Maintenance module is to reduce maintenance costs, improve the level of use of the production system, increase the product quality and reduce the waste.
The maintenance stops, both programmed and due to the failure, are listed as an integral part of the production process and no longer as activities to do when time and operational flow allow it. In addition, the machine operator can be directly involved in maintenance in addition to the normal maintenance personnel.
NET@PRO TPM is also integrated with the Planner and Sequencer module, this means that in real time it is capable of conditioning the programming of production according to the interventions of preventive maintenance generated by the system. The maintenance work can also be evaluated and sequenced.
The “Maintenance” module can work in synergy with the modules:
